However, how many of them know that miniature paradise is a steamy cup of cinnamon tea?

Give the brain a break from obsessive viewing of coronavirus news.
It is good to reduce the daily dose of health data. Watching funny videos of animals brings warm fuzzy to the human brain.
Does everyone have to diet on social media for a while? Yes of course



However, the connection through technology can be therapeutic during the isolation of the disease. However, avoid fiery suitors, wretched prophets and criminals. Facilitate the psyche in real words with a hopeful conversation. We are getting away from the country of Pollyanna, and la-la Land is not what here trying to suggest. Stay true, but balance the brain and body's exposure to data and statistics. A brain panic buffet is neither healthy nor useful.

On the other hand, anxiety and panic cause Fear to leap onto the emotional roller coaster and accelerate with uncertainty. In the end, Fear of the unknown can paralyses logical thinking.

The unexpected can derail us and catapult us into a cerebral outburst. The fight, flight, or freeze response begins in the amygdala, which is a collection of almond-shaped neurons that is part of the limbic system of the brain.


Strong immunity is one of the central facts we have to consider, and it will facilitate to fight against any foreign body or disease. Coronavirus primarily affects the lungs and the respiratory system. Consuming a tablespoonful of Cinnamon will daily enhance the immunity. It helps to improve digestion capacity and make strong immunity to keep everyone healthy in this situation.

                             Getting fit and looking slim is too mainstream nowadays. For this, both genders move from earth to sky and back in order to look slim and burn out their extra fats. It is taking the status of a motto and is considered as a style statement which is pursued by almost every person. Everyone wants to look smart with a prim and proper body shape that is appealing as well as attractive. In order to attain this body shape, one spends his/her money and time in gyms and with personal trainers who help them to achieve their goal of looking smart.



                              But wait!! Without spending a lot of money and time in gyms and with personal trainers, there is an easy way which is a daily workout. This does not demand a long time rather a 30 minutes workout regularly is enough to restore an attractive look without even spending a penny. This daily workout consists of some exercises that have an impact on different body parts and helps us to cut out extra fats from those peculiar regions.

                             This regular workout not only helps us look slim and smart rather it also makes us stay active throughout the day. It provides us with energy by enhancing our metabolic pathway, to perform our routine tasks vigilantly without any fatigue. The exercises in 30 minutes workout consist of jump rope drill, which is continued for approximately 1minute and 30 seconds. This exercise is basically performed for burning out extra fat from thighs, calves, shoulders and back plus cardio.  This not only burns out extra fats but also strengthen the muscles of these particular areas.


                               The squat is the next move that is transitioned from jump rope drill. This move is continued for 2 minutes and helps us to get best results. This activity targets the hip and thigh region and strengthens the muscles of your lower legs and heels. Very next move transitioned from squats is lunges. This activity workouts for butt, thigh, and hip region. These exercises not only cut down the fats but also strengthen the loose muscles to give a perfect shape and cuts. 
                                Vertical leg crunches are the next move that is carried for at least 30 seconds and is mainly performed for abs. it gives a perfect look to your abdominal region. One can attain a lavish look with a body perfect abs. Next on the list is box and reach drill which is mainly concerned with the oblique. Starting from vertical leg crunches, it ends with box and reaches drill which tightens the abs and completes your lavish look. 
                                Transitioned from box and reach drill, next are flutter kicks which should last for 1 minute. It is performed for abs and hips. Modified lower back bends are the next move for further 30 seconds which entertains your lower back and butt region. Next on the chart are regular push-ups for your chest, arms, back, and abs which are then transitioned into dive bomber push-ups. Last but not the least, final move is the classic jumping jacks that are finally performed and calls for an end to your regular work out.
                                With this work out daily one can restore their destined looks and finally makes you look more slim, smart and attractive.

  "Sleep is one of the most important elements or process in our lives. It is the key factor that controls our health and appropriate functioning of our organs and organ systems"

It is vital for the normal functioning of a human being and without it, we can die. According to the statistical analysis, we sleep for 1/3 of our lives. It is directly associated with the moods of the being and this is decided by the quality of sleep. It is not the time period in which we sleep rather it is the quality of sleep that we get which promotes our good health and make us able to work properly. 


                          Sleep is one of the most important phenomena of the human body if properly not managed can affect your physical health, emotional well-being, and your capability to concentrate on the tasks performed in daily routine. One needs a proper sleep regularly if he/ she is very active and efficient or has to perform the chores more vigilantly. According to a scientific research, it was estimated that an eight-hour sleep should be done deal otherwise one has to face serious health issues. The fist consequence is laziness; you are not able to perform your daily tasks actively.

                           It is a sort of rest period in which your body musters up energy for the next hectic day full of challenges and monotonous chores. It is a time in which one’s body recharges the batteries to render the duties of the next new day. In a sound and healthy sleep at night, there appears cycles of sleep in which at initial stages the brain commands signals to heart to lower the rhythm of heartbeat, muscles relax and the temperature of body lower downs. It is the initial form of sleep i.e the deep sleep where we don’t feel anything in the suburb.
                            The final stage refers to the light sleep where the brain commands to the heart to fasten the rhythmic beats, here the body temperature elevates, blood pressure increases and muscles stretches. It is the time where we are dreaming. In case if one wakes up during this time, he/she will witness the heavy breathing pattern, increased heart beat and sweating as a result of elevated blood pressure and body temperature. 
                           There are a number of factors that can help in getting a sound and healthy sleep. One can try these out to get a good sleep and prepare his/herself for the next day. A hot bath or oil therapy, relaxation techniques like breathing patterns can help in getting a sound sleep. Taking any sort of milky drink, setting a standard time for getting into bed, clearing all junk of the whole day and making your mind relaxed and checking the intake of caffeine and alcohol can help to get a proper sleep.


                           In a case of any disruption in one’s sleep, it may lead to serious consequences that are related to both mental and physical health. It can detract from overall well-being. Lack of sleep can lead to obesity that is itself a precursor for various chronic diseases such as cardiac issues, issues related to gastro-intestinal tract due to over eating and various other health related issues. Hence proved that a sound sleep is not only important for mental and emotional stability rather it is also important for physical health and staying fit.
