FITNESS WORKOUT


                             Getting fit and looking slim is too mainstream nowadays. For this, both genders move from earth to sky and back in order to look slim and burn out their extra fats. It is taking the status of a motto and is considered as a style statement which is pursued by almost every person. Everyone wants to look smart with a prim and proper body shape that is appealing as well as attractive. In order to attain this body shape, one spends his/her money and time in gyms and with personal trainers who help them to achieve their goal of looking smart.



                              But wait!! Without spending a lot of money and time in gyms and with personal trainers, there is an easy way which is a daily workout. This does not demand a long time rather a 30 minutes workout regularly is enough to restore an attractive look without even spending a penny. This daily workout consists of some exercises that have an impact on different body parts and helps us to cut out extra fats from those peculiar regions.

                             This regular workout not only helps us look slim and smart rather it also makes us stay active throughout the day. It provides us with energy by enhancing our metabolic pathway, to perform our routine tasks vigilantly without any fatigue. The exercises in 30 minutes workout consist of jump rope drill, which is continued for approximately 1minute and 30 seconds. This exercise is basically performed for burning out extra fat from thighs, calves, shoulders and back plus cardio.  This not only burns out extra fats but also strengthen the muscles of these particular areas.


                               The squat is the next move that is transitioned from jump rope drill. This move is continued for 2 minutes and helps us to get best results. This activity targets the hip and thigh region and strengthens the muscles of your lower legs and heels. Very next move transitioned from squats is lunges. This activity workouts for butt, thigh, and hip region. These exercises not only cut down the fats but also strengthen the loose muscles to give a perfect shape and cuts. 
                                Vertical leg crunches are the next move that is carried for at least 30 seconds and is mainly performed for abs. it gives a perfect look to your abdominal region. One can attain a lavish look with a body perfect abs. Next on the list is box and reach drill which is mainly concerned with the oblique. Starting from vertical leg crunches, it ends with box and reaches drill which tightens the abs and completes your lavish look. 
                                Transitioned from box and reach drill, next are flutter kicks which should last for 1 minute. It is performed for abs and hips. Modified lower back bends are the next move for further 30 seconds which entertains your lower back and butt region. Next on the chart are regular push-ups for your chest, arms, back, and abs which are then transitioned into dive bomber push-ups. Last but not the least, final move is the classic jumping jacks that are finally performed and calls for an end to your regular work out.
                                With this work out daily one can restore their destined looks and finally makes you look more slim, smart and attractive.
